Berry has officially become a part of my everyday

I've never understood the people who just tell the cops no. Like no I'm not going to be arrested. It's so wild to me, like why would that ever work. You aren't special.

When she said she is a grandma and never been arrested, i just had to think about this lovely dutch lady of 99 yrs old, she had on her bucket list that she wanted to be arrested and put in a cell. So, her family called local police and asked if they would please come and arrest this lovely old lady, and they said yes. They came, put in her cuffs, transported her to jail, placed her in a holding cell, and made her day. xD

As ex-Law enforcement, the 2nd cop is just how you feel sometimes. A long day, dealing with all kinds of people. Sometimes your day is fine, others you're super annoyed and aggrivated. Dude gets called as backup to help the arresting officer deal with a clearly intoxicated Karen who won't turn around. You don't always have to baby morons and drunks

to be fair the the officer who's not messing around, we don't know how many karens he has to deal with daily, at a point you are purely like: I follow the law, but it don't mean I will bring my A game in being polite.

"What's your name ma'am"
"Shakira Flabbergasted"

The Senator Armstrong run in chat in response to the backup officer coming in hot was hilarious

The angry cop was Chat in cop form. He really wanted to taze her.

This lady left everything at home. Keys, phone, wallet, ID, hearing aids. Probably left the house without socks and underwear too.

The real crime is that Berry isn't more popular.  She's going places, mark my words.  She's always got a quip for whatever comes around

That woman’s poor, poor husband and children….

Personally I'm always happy to take arrogant old people to task. I can't stand them.

Every time she says “I did nahtttt” in response to an accusation, my brain automatically fills in the rest of the “I did not hit her” scene from The Room. 😂

From what I've heard from numerous lawyers, don't do the field sobriety tests; just go straight to the blood/breath tests.  Yes, it means you're going to be arrested (the chance if they're offering you the tests is that they're going to ANYway).  Get the official test done and fight it in court.

While she was very uncooperative and had the whole DUI thing, she at least stayed fairly polite.

Even though the second officer was much more aggressive, he was way more patient than I would be. I could never be an officer.

0:35 Uh, about that.

I used to work at Home Depot last year, and I had to help the police file a report for a hit & run, at the store I was working at. Lowes, Home Depot, Walmart, wherever you're at, bad things are gonna happen frequently.

I don't think giving a fake name is resisting arrest (at least not by default), but it HAS to be Obstruction.

13:30 I swear to god Berry has all the worst food takes I've ever heard.

6:45 You're allowed to refuse the field sobriety tests (most lawyers recommend that you refuse to do them), but it will lead to you being taken to the police station.
