I hope you do a skincare video because you have such youthful skin.

For those of you who feel you have used too much oil and are concerned Katherine’s clay wash recipe won’t wash it all out, I use the clay wash and then follow it up with egg wash. It comes out just fine. 🙂

My hair was thinning like crazy and breaking off every time I brushed it 😩 I tried expensive hair oils, masks, and vitamins, but nothing worked because the problem was deep inside my gut and hormones. Then someone in a support group mentioned the Hormonal Reset Protocol author is (Emma Wells). Resetting my system naturally cleared my skin, stopped my hair shed, and I dropped 28 lbs. Works way better than applying surface products!

Psalm 23:5

Dr Sebi who was naturally a healer talked about batana oil hair growth

I love channel helped me so much with my hair and mental health making the oils and trying the rice water and henna thankyou so much 😊my hair is growing and a lot healthier than its been in a long  time

I love your voice Katherine and how you deliver your information
I am so excited to do all of this and see how my hair is in the next couple of years in terms of growth and health etc

I am somewhat recent to your channel (about 6 to 9 months into watching you), and I will say I had already gone through some research and trial and error with methods I had read about and learned when trying to get my hair to grow. I used to have a short pixie cut, and like yourself I struggled to get it past my shoulders and out of frustration would just cut it short again and have the cute spiky pixie cut. But I got tired of not being able to style my hair other than short and spiky, so I took the time to actual do some research on how people in the past grew their hair.

I had discovered washing my hair with eggs did wonders in my hair growth (I got my hair to the middle of my back with just using egg as an alternative to shampoo), but I stumbled across you because I was desperate to find a method of conditioning my hair. I had tried caster oil in the past, and I use it still when I mix it in with the egg and soak my hair for at least an hour (if not longer if I have the time) in a egg and caster oil mixture. But my hair is straight and easily gets oily and looks flat and horrible if I use heavy oils, and if I use caster oil by itself it would just turn out awful.

But your channel has helped me grow my hair from the middle of my back to almost just above my butt because you have shown me ways to mix these different oils and how to properly apply it to my hair. That is the HARDEST thing to find, everyone has their mixtures but it isn't easy to find how to/ how much to apply to your hair! Or methods of managing it in between washes, I really want to find a boar bristle brush and try some of your other methods like the fermented rice water as a change up from the egg mixture I have been using. I only recently started using the thinner coconut oil as you expressed above, directly to my hair and through again trial and error realized I could apply more to my ends then on my scalp. It was almost ironic because I learned this only a few days before you made this video, I only thought of it though by watching your videos and noticing how you took extra attention to the ends of your hair (which most people say it doesn't matter because "the hair is only alive at the scalp and it is dead at the ends"). So I just wanted to say thanks for all your tips on not just oil mixture methods, but also the methods of taking care of it daily! I have learned so much! Between your care routine and learning to just trim the split ends, I have seen a huge result difference in the past 6 months that I wasn't seeing before. My hair had kind of stagnated at the middle of my back, till I started watching your hair care methods.

So thank you, and sorry for the long post. I guess I was just trying to express that some of the stuff you have mentioned I already knew, but it is the smaller details like, daily care, how much oil to apply and where to apply it, etc; that really made a difference in my hair recently! It really matters how you go about applying these methods to your hair, not just doing. So thank you again!

Thank you for breaking everything down. I have been oiling more consistently and am noticing the difference. 😊

my experience with hair oiling has been great! i've had dyed hair since i was a teen and in the last couple of years it had fallen of so much i was literally starting to bald. i've also switched to clay washing once a week and keeping my hair up all the time to avoid breakage. now my hair has grown natural all the way to the middle of my back and it is SO smooth and healthy like it's never been before (always struggled with curly hair since childhood lol). you're out here saving lives!!!!!

Oiling did nothing for my brittle hair during perimenopause 😔 my body was just broken inside from stress and terrible hot flashes. I felt so old and ugly. Thankfully a lady at the gym mentioned Menopause Transition Playbook -(Lisa.Grant). Her natural food patterns reset my metabolism. 27 lbs gone, my hair is growing like crazy, and I sleep perfectly. Makes u wonder why it isn't everywhere.

Thank you so much this is so helpful!!

Her bangs are sooooo pretty!! 😍 Thx for this video...with Winter coming oils are a must!

I absolutely loveeee ur channel

Thank you so much introducing me to hair oiling! I've now been using the technique for years, amongst other techniques you've shared over the years, with definite results 😊

This video was good -- focused and informative.

I've really enjoyed watching you revisit some of your original topics! I started using oils after seeing your first haircare videos a few years ago. It's become the one non negotiable for me, even as I've changed up some of the other things I've tried (for instance I've recently gone back to using shampoo). Oiling let's me go so much longer between washes, and keeps my dry fine curly hair soft and feeling moisturised. Definitely less is more! Little and often on the ends works for me as does brushing it through with a BBB - I find it helps remove excess oil, and distribute it evenly. Once you hit that sweet spot you look shiny not greasy! 😂 And it seems to really help protect my dry ends too. ❤

I've just started with the hair oiling. My hair is generally very dry, so it's really different not to have dry frizzy hair any longer. It feels heavier but smooth.

I love your videos! now 8 months into doing no poo thanks to you. My hair is very thin and fine so nothing like yours but I love your hair care routine and I’m never going back❤️
