Joe, you are so level headed and the last 10 minutes of this was really meaningful for me to hear as a 27 year old that feels lost

19:19 there are 2 things I always say to myself in these situations:
1. will you regret it if you don’t go?
2. you can always go home early

I'm going to try to phrase this the best way that I possibly can bc I know it's a lot, but I don't really know how to shorten it to convey "thanks for being a positive and publicly good, intelligent guy in today's world" without losing the nuance behind what I mean.

I really appreciate your content across your channels bc it tends to be light, humorous, and entertaining. It's really nice to have content that I can watch and be completely immersed in, and not even realize that it's my first time laughing that day until I laugh at something silly in one of your videos. We need more lightheartedness, joy, and light in a world with a growing amount of people that seem to constantly try to kill all light.

But I also really appreciate when you/you guys speak about real issues and provide insightful commentary, like with this video, or even when it's just a minor side comment in the middle of a TBY episode. When you take a moment to talk about mental health, current events, politics, life, etc., it reminds me that other people are experiencing and paying attention to these things too; and despite it feeling that way, that I'm not alone in caring or being anxious about the bad.

It's also really reassuring to see people with a platform who still have good morals and aren't afraid to show them. Social media can make it feel like the majority of people post about opulence, hate or ignorance, or completely out-of-touch takes on the world.. when in reality they're not the majority, they're just so freakin loud. When you're constantly seeing that, it's so easy to start feeling as if that's what the majority of people are like. So when you guys address something real in a non-ignorant, non-hateful way, it reminds me that the rest of us are still here too, and there are still empathetic, emotionally intelligent, thoughtful people.

I really admire that you guys choose to lean toward positivity, education, love, and tolerance. A lot of people with similar reach as you either use their platforms to spread hate and ignorance or don't use them for anything in the name of staying "neutral." We're just not seeing enough of the good as loudly as we're seeing the hate, so I think it's genuinely meaningful when someone with a platform chooses to add more good to the world by providing guidance or speaking out against plain wrongness.

ty :)

Joe can you do a Reddit stories episode with just you and Frankie 🙏 I love when you do stuff like this and when you guys are guests on podcast. Pls do a video like this together

this was one of those videos that make you want to get up and mix everything you don’t like about your life and start fresh and be the best person you can be… i hope yall know what im talking about

2:10 my boss didn’t realize I got a whole ass neck tattoo until he noticed it in our group office photo. Immediately at that moment I realized people aren’t really thinking about me and my life. Huge gift from a neck tattoo 😅😂

joe, you legit cooked on this. everything you said resonated with me as it encompassed exactly what my therapist and i were discussing yesterday. seriously such great advice for many of us to hear.

No need for a “holy refresh pull” because I got them bell notifications on like a true fan 🙌🏻

at 31, my advice is this: the time is going to pass anyway. do it scared. so many things change from a 6 month time frame to let alone years. we are all changing everyday. don’t be someone with regrets. you still have time.

Who knew that one day I could watch Joe spit out some amazing life advice. Love you brother!

6:21 I like these videos because it's nice to be reminded that Joe isn't a total idiot. It's just for the pod 😂

Ngl we need a new people of walmart

0:52 okay billionare joe

The day i turned 30 I actually cried because i always thought I'd be married or engaged or have a house or kids or something, instead I was in my same apartment single working at a dead end job, and still am, and turning 31 next month. I needed this

Losing a partner is the worst pain I've ever felt. My boyfriend and I were together 13 years and have a 9 year old son together and he was tragically killed and taken from me 2 weeks ago and it's my worst nightmare.

When people realize joe is more than a comedian

Damn it must be really nice to be in a position in life where you can save too much money that you regret it.

No one gets out of this world alive.  Its not if they die. Its when.  Love them while you have them and remember them fondly when you dont. Know that you will see them again

You and Frankie are absolutely hilarious and my humor to a T, and it’s so great to get extra insight into your mind through these kinds of videos! I mean, it’s evident in the podcast, but you’re so thoughtful and you give a lot of good advice 🤍

Wow, psychologist Joe is so well-spoken and knowledgeable. ❤
