This gentleman is the kind of people Thailand loves. I did not hear one word of complaint. Glad he has found peace and a place he can appreciate.

Ok this is my favorite interview and condo tour. Jason is hilarious. He needs his own YouTube channel.

What a cool guy, when you’re open minded, easy-going, and respectful, you can do well anywhere.

I really liked him. Hope he continues to take care of himself and enjoys whats left of his life because attorneys really have no work-life balance in the states.

Definitely a former attorney. His answers rolled off. I don’t think he realized how good he was at this interview. I can literally see him starting a channel I would subscribe to it.

When he said some of the friends his age are gone it really touched my heart.

I’ve been traveling to Thailand since 1994 and it has always been my dream to retire in BKK and live almost exactly as Jason is doing right now. I would say that Condo is just about the perfect place in the perfect location. This may have been your best guest so far Sam. Thx to both of you for sharing !

Watched many videos of ppl moving to Thai and this video is one of the best. Jason has a natural charisma and very good positive attitude towards life. Enjoy all the good food in Asia🎉

Well done! ✨👍💖

Sam, this is easily my favorite video you’ve done. If my wife and I ever spend some extended time out there, Noble Remix is absolutely where we’d want to stay. This one really connects with us. Appreciate it.
