The Shiller price-to-earnings ratio has risen to levels last seen around the dot-com bubble, raising fresh fears that heavily valued technology companies could be heading for a painful correction.

Investment commentator Justin Urquhart-Stewart explains why parts of the AI market appear overheated and how a Wall Street fall could affect British pensions and investments. However, he warns savers against panicking, selling everything or attempting to time the market.

The discussion then turns to Britain’s £3 trillion debt, Labour’s borrowing, the growing benefits bill and taxes on employers. Urquhart-Stewart says Britain is living beyond its means and argues that lower taxes, business investment and greater economic confidence are needed to generate growth.

People still thinking that the people in charge are just incompetent, is not good enough anymore. There is a clear pattern of sabotage here they are doing anything they can to tank the economy and destroy the country and it’s not by accident.

Amazes me how labour are getting away with interest on our debt not a word from Bank of England msm and especially the tories 😮they list a pm because gilts on average were 4.85% today it’s 5.83% almost 1% higher 😮we’re the screams it’s costing billions absolute silence from all the globalists destroying the country 😢

The issue with Employer's NI change is not the increase from 13% to 15% (though that is bad enough) it was the lowering of the starting threshold from £9k pa to £5k pa. Every employee, even those on the lowest wages (part time staff) costs 15% of £4k. £600 pa. Bad enough in the private sector, but can you imagine the cost to the NHS. That's a lot of machines that go ping we can't afford.
