Hello! The situation in the Bulgarian village of Elenite in May 2026

In this video, we decided to travel to the Bulgarian village of Elenite and show how the resort is coping with the aftermath of the recent powerful flood that occurred in October 2025.

Heavy rains fell, and all the water from the hills of Stara Planina gushed directly onto the streets and hotels.

We walked through the main sites, examining the current condition of beaches, roads, parking lots, and the ground floors of buildings.

The situation is dire: the floods of dirty water have caused considerable destruction, damaging equipment and infrastructure.

This video provides an honest overview of the current situation, without embellishment or exaggeration.

If you were planning a vacation in this area or simply follow the news in Bulgaria, watch the video to the end to appreciate the true scale of the situation.
