These people are doing all they can with what they have . You probably make more in one hour than they make in an entire week. They might be able to buy all that safety equipment but probably feel that feeding his family takes priority over anything else. Plus, he seems to be concentrating on the job and safe work habits. It’s amazing what some people can do with so little!
