I'll never not be amused that sex in video games freaks people out but 30+ hours of non-stop murder does not.

The sex controversies are so crazy to me considering it’s a game about committing violent felonies

What's more ridiculous about the hot coffee mini game in San Andreas is that the very next year, God of War contained an explicit sex mini game (that continued to appear in God of War for several games), and no one cared. Same with the Mass Effect "sex" controversy. Heavy Rain contains sex scenes. Cyberpunk 2077 has full frontal nudity. Those controversies are beyond stupid.

5:00 not to mention the fact that being forced to work on a live service game resulted in most of the actual arkham devs leaving the company.

I’m still grateful my Blockbuster late fees for Ocarina of Time were wiped when the company went out of business.

All we had to do was follow the damn train, CJ.

The hot coffee controversy was utterly laughable. There wasn't even any nudity, just some very tame dirty talk that paled in comparison to the cursing in the rest of the game. But yeah, sex = bad, violence = fun, I guess.

I'll never forget the label FOX News used for the Mass Effect scandal: SEXbox. They basically likened the whole thing to interactive adult entertainment, which, if you had played the game, you would know is quite far from the truth. Of course, in the interview with a Bioware dev, he asked point blank if they had ever played the game, to which they replied "No". Shocker!

What gets me is the fact that people get all upset about a video game a video game it is not real. people are less upset about things that happened to actual real people, then they are about what happens in fictional land of TV ,video games, movies this is absolutely Insanity on behalf of humanity, but as always that's just my opinion

I'm surprised you didn't include the spinning pillars in the first God of War game. That was maddening. I spent over two hours trying to beat that level. I only found out the reason why it was so hard is because the developers didn't have much faith that the game would be a success so they didn't properly beta-test the level at all.

opens menu, equips boots, close menu. 20 feet later. opens menu, unequips boots, close menu.

Hey, in Brazil during the PlayStation2 time most of games were obtained by piracy. And many of them were actually modded. So me and my cousins had a version of San Andres with this "hot coffee" content.

The Water Temple would’ve been better if you didn’t have to constantly pause to change boots.

The problem with cutting the abortion scene in South Park means that when you get to the bomb diffusing scene it uses the same mechanics and you have no idea what you're supposed to do

When Resistance came up in this list, I was blasted with an insane amount of childhood nostalgia of playing that game. It was so awesome.

Meanwhile, in the comics, Batman has died something like 11 times.

When discussing GTASA: "To be frank--" (shows a video clip of Samuel L. Jackson/Frank Tenpenny, corrupt cop and main antagonist :) )

Sha'ira, the Asari Consort is mentioned in the galactic news in ME2 as well as sends you some email. Then in the Citadel DLC for ME3, she makes an appearance at the event during the casino infiltration.

Damn I wish Insomniac would bring back Resistance!!!
Resistance had some unique weapons, a new one could almost be like a first-person Ratchet&Clank

Frigid Outskirts makes Blighttown seem like a fond memory.
