this makes me come alive.

Track 1 is so nostalgic

A superior time at both a musical and societal level. Bring those days back

Putting this on while getting ready to go to a show ❤ wonderful

OMG i remember so many. Last time i heard them was nearly 30 years ago, wtf

Finding channels and mixes like this is why I don't mind scrolling through a sea of YT bull shit on a Friday night lol
Thanx!

Track 1 makes me feel like they knew and kept the originality of the high hats and drums and snares mixed with the synth and frequency differences

Christian Morgenstern was a RL buddie of me back then, and i am still sad. he had such a promising future ahead. I will never forget this evening, i used to skate with him and make music back in the days... we found him days later since he didnt picked up the phone or reacted to the bell at his door. till today this is the sadest day in my life. RIP buddie, i loved you -.-
thank you for honoring him m8, he was an awesome dude and will be never forgotten.

Man...what I wouldn't give to go back to say 1990, East side London, surrounded by thousands of people, this blasting thru speakers reverberating thru my body, everyone on e, zero cell phones, 3am, pure hedonism and bliss. Unfortunately I was 6 in 1990 😅 so...
But it's just such a bummer to realize I missed all this.
But boy howdy, I was there for the 2010 dubstep takeover lol. Ngl, it was fun. But infinitely less cool than this.

Help! I’ve fallen and this music had helped me back up! I cannot quit listening.

This is exactly the period I was collecting techno vinyls… recognise Neil Landstrum and Dave Clarke in the mix… great mix to the 90’s

primordial stuff in here, this is a great mix! very much remember these in the beginning of my dj days with friends at the college radio station. when we slowed down the pursuit of whatever was the newest thing we'd dig in the crates and find gems like these that were the foundation for so much of the 90's.

Meng's theme upfront is genius. It sits high up in my all time favourites, thank you!

At the time these records were totally different from anything else. I remember!

a techno mix recommended by YT, Hm, let's give it a try, it won't be a harm... Man, what a great mix, I am pleasantly surprised!

Fabulous mix nice to hear Woody Mc Bride again! 🎉❤

PURE TECHNO YEAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

Nice mix!! Super cool how you did the chapters break down with photos of the record bad ass ddue

a wonderful mix from that glorious period in the history of electronic music. A time of raw elemental sounds that will never be bettered. Nice to see a cut from the late great Christian Morgenstern and Richard Bartz at #2 is a hypnotic banger! :)
