I too deal with chronic illness issues. For me, fatigue is one of my most impacting symptoms. Not having to clean stuff makes a HUGE difference in my being able to create art. I use baby wipes, paper towels, disposable shop towels, paper plates, probably other stuff too. Being able to just throw stuff away when I'm done is an accessibility accommodation for me. I do care about the environment. I try to use disposable stuff as infrequently as possible. But I'm not losing sleep over using a few disposable things in my art creation process to make it easier for me to enjoy creating. Especially paper, a renewable resource.

Especially love the look of that black paper, would be so fun to experiment with 🥰

That gray paper palette looks great. When I painted in oils, I liked to use a glass gray palette as well. (Actually I bought a large glass microwave platter a thrift store and painted the bottom of it a neutral gray.) And I love the idea of cleaning brushes on the scrapbook pages. Thanks for the video!

I really enjoyed this video - thank you!

Love the colour palettes you've shared with us in this video. I'd also be reticent to use a gorgeous limited edition colour like that, but then I wind up wondering if I'm wasting it by not using it 🤷‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🙃❤️

This was really inspiring thank you so much! I love your opaque gouache paintings, especially the birds. Leah I can’t find the Spectrum book, can you tell me how to? Thank you!
