Koh Chang in its rawest form: an abandoned hotel, a waterfall, elephants by the road, and our accommodation, which we definitely wouldn't recommend to anyone.

We checked into an abandoned hotel right on the island—it had a reception area, a disco hall, hanging bridges, and new air conditioners that someone is still maintaining. Then we drove through the forest to a waterfall, met some elephants, and honestly explained why we don't ride them.

We showed the prices at the cafe: Pad Thai for 80 baht, passion fruit juice for 65, rice soup. And finally, that same story with the host that almost ruined the trip.
