phil: "are we gonna tell the truth?"
dan: 😨😨😨
phil: "we pretended to wake up"
dan: 😑😑😑

dan’s reaction to phil asking “should we tell the truth?” makes so much more sense now lmao

reflecting on how expensive it is to pretend to be straight??? imagine having to get a second bedroom for aesthetics in 2025 (i dont know a life without housing crisis)

"Phil, you haven't seen him in person."
"Yes, I have. On TV"
absolutely sent me

the matching phone cases but in their respective color scheme is beautiful

phil clarifying that lion and lioness haven´t been outranked by the golden pig or the pheal and instead are enjoying their retirement is so sweet 🥺

@det395 1 year ago

something full circle about phil having almost the same colour phone case but it's glittery and he's proud and gay about it now

"why did I want to ASSOCIATE with you" Phil Lester, as a hard launch survivor I can tell that that's not the word you were looking for FOR SURE

The fact that they talk about the absolute existential panic of being 26 & 22 and having no plan for life makes me feel so much better as a person in that age group going through the same thing, this must be a universal experience i guess

“Let us know if you want us to do this again.” You already know the answer to that.

@emmettlyra 1 year ago

I can’t believe they’re studying the ancient texts

Something so beautiful about Phil's phone being the exact same color it was back then

8:38 "we're not a family of 10 phil" has been in my brain for the last 12 years every time i see a big pack of cereal

@iidamoi 1 year ago

maybe the dan and phil 2.0 era is just them evolving into a full on reaction channel of everything they've made in the last 15 years i'd love that

26:22 the death of annotations is especially tragic because you can no longer experience phil's interactive adventures 😔 i remember going through them all when i was like 12 and i'm sad i can't go back and do it again, those were fond memories
