A little late to the party, I know... but man, do I love a good Batman origin story. This was beautifully brought to life, as always!

1:13:57 - Also, when Batman smiles it is freaking terrifying. I love what this comic does with that old "cowardly and superstitious lot" line.

Fun Fact: this is the comic that helped Robert Pattinson understand the concept of the GCPD letting Batman into crime scenes

One of my favorite Batman stories. I remember having some of the original comics from this run, and even without the full story, it captivated me completely. Ed Hannigan's art is just superb, perfect for this gritty tale. And this VO does it supreme justice! Beautifully done.

I really love Batman stories were the supernatural is involved, it makes it more mysterious and left to your own interpretation if there are forces that both protect Batman and goes against him.🐱

You guys do such a killer job on the voice acting, keep up the great work!

I am AMAZED at what you've been able to accomplish here. Simply phenomenal. You MUST keep making these motion comics of key Batman stories like this. And thank you for listing the correct order of the creators of Batman. Bill Finger, and then Bob Kane.

Lowkey this channel is a very very positive influence on the medium, encourages people to check the actual comics out while making amazing adaptations. I hope you do Batman Prey as well or any other Legends of TDK stories you like.

FINALLY got around to watching this absolute GEM of a production. You somehow nailed the vibe of this era of comics, from the voice acting to music choices. VERY well done as usual m'lord. Frickin beautifully done.

Dennis O’Neal’s interpretation of Batman has informed every version of the character since. It’s nice to see these stories get due love & attention.

RCBG ftfw, again & again & again. Fabulous work to you & your team of actors. Graham & Adam are now officially the voices I hear when I read my Batman comics, no shit.

Glad to be a part of this at 17:06. I’m happy my sacrificial victim was good. Wanted to make sure to nail the scream and pleading!

I know it's repetitive, but I'll keep saying it until the team gets tired of hearing/reading it. What an absolutely fantastic job! Wonderful sound design, voice-over, and I'm sure a bunch of stuff that we'll never know about. Thank you.
