MU-TON, who engaged in a legendary battle with Benizakura in the semi-finals and defeated Authority with sheer determination in the finals, became the last UMB champion of the Heisei era. One year has already passed since the GRAND CHAMPIONSHIP 2018.

To determine the first champion of the Reiwa era, the 15th annual UMB GRAND CHAMPIONSHIP 2019 was held on December 28, 2019, at Shinkiba STUDIO COAST.

A total of 48 battle MCs gathered on stage, engaging in numerous memorable battles over approximately five hours. From familiar UMB regulars to newcomers making their debut in the UMB main tournament, a diverse group of participants, varying in age and style, mingled, and the first round saw a series of surprising and dramatic battles. _/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/
