The “no you can’t come to the wedding” line might also have been a well-aimed jab at the kind of Swifties who nearly shut down a NJ town last year all because they all had to get a look at Taylor attending her friend Jack Antonoff’s wedding celebrations. Most Swifties try to be a bit more respectful of her private time, but the ones who overstep like that really do give the fandom a bad name. Hope they enjoyed their diss track - they earned it.

The second you figured out the swiftie are the “daddy” in my mind I immediately thought of a tweet Taylor posted in 2020, “did you just call me daddy?” 😭😭😭

Yes saboteurs were swifties. Some of them go overboard sometimes and they deserved this diss track. They know it 😂😂
I've also wondered if it's about Travis. He has called her his lady 😊.
GREAT reaction!!

As with any fan base, there is a toxic section. Sadly, that section is too ignorant to get what she is saying to them! They are still as toxic as ever. No one can write a diss song like Taylor Allison Swift. ❤😂

Important to remember that most Swifties were not on board with trying to tell her who she should date or not. Especially after people turned on her after the Kimye thing. I’m embarrassed that some of the fans did the “Speakup now” nonsense. We are lucky to have her. She’s a grown woman and should live her life as she wants

It's commentary on EVERYONE who thinks they have a say in what she does, whether it's the media, the fans, other 'Christians', etc. She wants to be happy and if you can't get with the program, step aside and see your way out, basically.

She pretty much Rick Rolled all of us with the “I’m having his baby, no I’m not but you should see your faces” line and I love the trolling

The Smallest Man Who Ever Lived is about Matty Healy, another good one to check out.

You picked up at the end that it was Travis, but in the beginning, it was Matty, that is what most think anyway.

Yes she got us. We deserved it🤣

Ultimate diss is the smallest man that ever lived about Matty

Not all her fans are like that, what a horrible thing to be a part of. I just want Taylor to be happy, because she deserves that. Whoever that is, who makes her happy, I’ll be happy for her. I trust her judgement, and trust if he’s not good enough, he won’t last. Plus, it’s none of my business anyway, so why say anything? This song is a masterpiece!!

Yeah the end is about Travis because he calls her his lady

Another diss song that I think is underrated is” This Is Why We Can’t Have Nice Things” which is also about Kanye. I love the version live from the Reputation Tour

we weren't treating her like trash, but some get too involved and think they know whats best or don't agree with who she was dating.....wine moms lol, drinking and talking about it.....just watch some of the reaction videos with everyone drinking wine while listening to this album and song.....some reactors faces so funny. And Yes, the end is Travis Good Job!!!!

you're def a certified swiftie

Yeah sort of about how the media and her fans trying to tell her who to love and trying to tell her what is best for her.  Basically telling everyone to back TF off!

She sang this live on the eras tour.

Matty Healy is the frontman for the band 1975, he has struggled with drug addiction, and he is also racist, he made a racist comment about Ice Spice, and he kisses mostly women and some men, the one clip I saw he lip-locked one of his security guards after his shows.  Taylor met him as far as we know back in 2014.  Anyway, when Taylor and Joe parted ways, he showed up, the Swifties are protective of Taylor and let it be known that Matty Healy was trouble.  I too thought as much, but I am not on all the other types of social media.  The majority of these 2 albums are about him.
