Totally forgot to mention there’s a DLC confirmed to launch before the end of the year!! Can’t wait for that either 👀

Since I've seen so many questions: I'm playing this on PC with a 4090

That cut scene after your ""death"" was much needed holy shit.

It feels like when we got the extended version for fellowship of the ring

They finally gave kliff some sort of character!!

Man, that music truly elevates the new cutscenes. One thing Crimson Desert nailed with flying colors was the audio. From the music to the voice acting, this game is a feast for audio.

I'm not complaining, its a breath of fresh air to have a dev support their game like this, but damn I haven't even finished the game once yet!!! There's going to be 3 sequels by the time I get to the credits at this rate!

I ditched my 60 hours Playthrough to start a new one, I was only on chapter 5(hernand no other region) and I don't have any regret m the story feels so much better also kliff can finally say something other than "Alright".

I had 300 hours and I started again. Got again the camp and I can say a lot small but meaningful details are added. Much more interesting than before

The added context to the plot makes it more interesting, I would start over but I have a full time job with limited free time… so eff that. I’ll continue from my chapter 7 progress.

Adding narration was a good move.

New cutcenes and dialogue make things way more clear and makes Kliff actually a interesting character. Half of the time i had no idea what was even happening
I was right at ditching this game at one point even tho had 60hrs in to wait for this to startover.

This kind of update usually takes years but Pearl Abys has their own engine so they just make big updates in a very fast phase.

Damn this game is crazy, so much content, like a single player MMO but actually good

It still needs a proper NG+ which allows players to carry over with all of their items

I noticed that it now rains in Pailune!

For those who farm, this is a great QOL change that they implemented

The new cutscenes make the game soooo much more coherent. Thanks pearl abyss

Dude, I had been combing for reviews on the new game + all day. I absolutely adore this game, I've never made it past chapter 10 because I just kept starting new games over and over again trying to change up how I did things (like getting the wyvern by jumping from the Abyss in the first couple of in-game days as a low level character). SO glad you didn't spoil the story and you perfectly answered my curiosity about new game +!! Appreciate you!!

I want kliff aura farming moments like he is the actual main character. They need to add cut scenes like that.

I just started the game 2 weeks ago and now I want to play it from the beginning again :D

I'm 350 hours in at 65% done. I'm definitely going to replay this again when I'm done
