Finally, a tour of my completed chalet! It took many months of work and setbacks that caused delays, but now I can say that everything is just the way we wanted it!

Going back a bit to the chalet's history, the house used to be a stable, where animals are kept, like a barn. So you can imagine the amount of changes that needed to be made. Our idea with the renovation was to create more spaces to receive family and friends here on the farm, because the main house only has one bedroom, so it wasn't very suitable when more people came to stay for the weekend.

I thought a lot about who to call to help me with all this, after all, I know many architects with impeccable work.

For this undertaking, I called the architect couple Nicole Tomazi and Sergio Cabral, who translated everything I imagined for the chalet. Nicole and Sergio do a very meticulous job with the choice of colors, in addition to perfectly executing my brief to renovate, but without changing its character. Ultimately, the chalet has beautiful rustic features that I didn't want to be altered, only renovated, thus preserving the history of the house in a way.

With all this in mind, I also carefully selected the best suppliers to create environments that are not only pleasant to be in, but also truly enjoyable to use during the stay. Since there's quite a lot, I've included a list here with the source of each item shown in the video. If it's not listed here, it's because it was my own find (RSS)
