I make sourdough cinnamon rolls regularly and they are time consuming!  Freezing the formed rolls until I need them would be a game changer!

Hey girl I am starting my porch bakery in like 2 weeks and came across your page I appreciate all your tips and tricks I’m mostly trying to sell cinnamon rolls hehe got my recipe memorized now !!! But no sourdough one step at a time but I wanted to freeze mine too so thank you for this tip I had made a batch and put them in the fridge for a day in a half and they turned out very good and fluffy!!

I love your videos! What are the dough dimensions when you roll it out prior to cutting the rolls? I know on camera it can look deceiving but it looks bigger than a typical 12x15. These look soooo good 🤤

I tried your method which I desperately want to work for me.  Maybe it's my recipe, but i let them rise for 15 hours but they never looked as soft and puffy as your prior to baking.  Do you have a video with your cinnamon roll recipe? Does your recipe use a levain?   I am a small microbaker in Central Texas and if I could get this method to work for me, it would make my life so much easier!!
