Extremely helpful. After breaking a bone in my foot, urgent care staff put me in an air cast and sent me on my way. Had no idea how to walk in it.  Thanks so very much.

Thanks for the demo. 😊
I wasn't instructed to properly walk in it, nor with stairs.
I broke 5 metatarsal foot bones, right foot, and have a plate now.
Today using the boot I started to get shin splints, and now ankle  is hurting.
I have been in a wheelchair for 10 weeks so I really to do this slowly.
I am using a mobile walker  for the first week.

How to buy the insert lining for the rocker boot

How long we wear Boot , can i take out or i need to wear permanent .Thanh you

Is it normal for the knee on the same side as the injured ankle to hurt a bit while getting used to the boot?

Is it weird if I feel safer using a walker, as well? No broken bones but I have plantar fascia fibromatosis, posterior tibialis tenosynovitis and sinus tarsi syndrome w/ ganglion cyst formation. Very painful
