I used to talk every day with my younger brother, who was 8 years younger than me, about one day starting our ideal nursing care facility, but my brother was diagnosed with leukemia at the young age of 21 and, after a two-year battle with the disease, passed away at the age of 23 😭

To fulfill my promise to my brother, I became independent in July 2018. I opened a residential care home and a day service center! ️
The company is named after my younger brother, "Kou-ki," and we continue to pursue our dreams together. 👍

To spread a bright future outlook to the often-criticized low-paying caregiving industry, I continue to promote the appeal of caregiving while raising six children. ✨

My mission, I believe, is to make those who need care happy, their families happy, and the staff who work there happy.
