you should really make the game event a struct, otherwise everytime you dispatch an event it will generate garbage and the more events you add the worse its gonna get

I love your videos man. Learning Unity development rn, and your videos have been amazing for learning more advanced concepts. Most videos just do the basics! Thankyou!

Great content, as usual!

Amazing video !

fantastic video! i would love to learn more about how you would design an audio manager with different music for different scenes as well as sound effects. thanks!

Hello! I don't know whether you are stiill active at Youtube. I want to look for help from u. The SREditor used in the Slay the spire has a problem, when build the project in unity, it throws errors. Had u faced it? How to deal with it ? Very thanks! Vielen Dank!

Can you please please make q video about how to make a side scrolling rpg in unity. Where you run to the right and encounter enemies like darkest dungeon . There are no tutorials about side scrolling rpgs. Everything is about rpgmaker type stuff.

why did you copy list ToArray in Publish method? doesnt that create garbage?

This should be called an event center, not an event bus system,I watched a course on the event bus, which is much simpler and more elegant than the event center, doesn't require dictionary management, and responds precisely and quickly. This is an article introducing the differences between the event bus and the event center, which I found very interesting and hope it helps you.

This seems a bit over engineered. Now you have to create a new class for each event you want to fire. How is this better then having one static Events class with all events as actions ?

A great thing when you want to connect things that have nothing to do with each other? So why do you want to connect them? Could it be that the have something to do with each other? 😅

Event bus doesnt make sense in unity unless you do clean up such that if the no publisher of that event, it will clean up. but implementing when to check that check will be over engineered for a game project.
so ... its just better to have either  SO event or a static class that holds all events.
