🥊 FIGHT BREAKDOWN
Jason "Mayhem" Moloney came out fast, working his jab and landing hard right hands to take the opening rounds. Tenshin Nasukawa, just six fights into his pro boxing career, answered from the southpaw stance, digging whipping left hands to the body and using his speed to change angles.
Nasukawa's bodywork slowed Moloney through the middle rounds, but the sixth brought the biggest moment: a Moloney one-two sent Nasukawa staggering on the verge of a knockdown. The former kickboxing champion survived, and by the seventh he was trading through a bloodied nose, proving a toughness he had never been asked to show.
Moloney closed strong and raised his arms at the final bell, but all three judges scored it for Nasukawa. The toughest test of his boxing career at the time pushed him into world title contention, and he now meets Takuma Inoue in a WBC bantamweight title rematch on 27 September 2026. 🏆
