I will never forgive treyarch for depriving me of my favorite perk in the map it would have been absolutely perfect on.

4:48 important note: it is IN the box, but, you can never get it.

PHD flopper has always been the goat for me and I was so pissed when they barely included it in bo2, then proceeded to REMOVE DOLPHIN DIVING in the next games

The disrespect PhD Flopper got is sad

I dont think its a matter of it being OP but of how devs have the attitude of wanting you to play exactly how they intend. If they leave this popular strategy they were afraid people wouldnt use all of the new stuff they added because you actually have to learn it so they just force you to use the other stuff. But the cool thing about phd flopper is how its powerful nature is from interactions with different mechanics instead of just being a stat improvement buff which is what speed cola and jugger nog are and also what double tap 2.0 is

3:38 buried permaperk is one of other floppers presentations

By the devs logic, traps are op

If they place phd Flopper in a hard to reach place, which requires power, 5000 points, and vertical travel. It would've trained people to learn the map, and the reward was PHD.

what the devs did with phd flopper never gave the impression of playful trolling. it had always felt like sheer spite towards the player

9:55 funny you say that, around B04 when they were finally coming around to liking PHD again they decided they despised Double Tap. Longest gap between PHD being on a map was 5 years (origins to Black Ops 4), While double tap had to go 9 years (Revelations to Shattered Veil in B06). Double Tap in the modern games is also weaker than its B02/B03 version even with augments, while every other perk including PHD is stronger than ever.

While it’s definitely not the main attraction of PhD I absolutely love the fall damage immunity. There’s been so many times I’ve been downed from minimal damage without even having  a red screen before the drop. Maybe I’m just unlucky lol

ah yes the helion salvo from bo4, the 'Any map Wunderweapon' on normal mode. only need to pack it twice for it to beat the zombies health cap

I'm sorry Youtube took this video out back bro.

I still to this day am upset about the mistreatment of PHD Flopper. They added a great alternative to PHD flopper through Double Tap 2.0.

Funny because phd flopper has the best jingle imo

On a positive note, PHD slider returned in Cold War, and it was fucking awesome 😎

We had no proper PhD Flopper in BO3 but Danger Closest was a thing, kept PhD's most important effect (no explosive self-damage) for 3 full rounds AND was a gobblegum so you didn't need to sacrifice a perk slot for it.

algorithm fucked this video over for no reason i genuinely had no idea you uploaded

PHD gave the devs so much despair

the damn answer and actual point of the video starts at 6:36
