As someone who has taught ethics and sexual misconduct to police officers and jailers… they tell you from the get go that sex with incarcerated people will be treated as sexual assault due to the power dynamic and them being unable to truly consent. She knew good and well what she was doing was illegal

Where’s the child’s father… and why is she getting pregnant when she didn’t have a stable place to live?! Lady you didn’t make a mistake, you made a Choice,albeit it was a bad choice.. you made it!
