New Series "Dawn Dive"

This series delves deeply into a single theme that couldn't be fully explored in the "Dawn Files."

Hachioji Supermarket Robbery and Murder Case | Synopsis
July 30, 1995, Hachioji City, Tokyo.

Three people—a female part-time employee and two female high school students working part-time—were murdered with a handgun in the second-floor office of the "Super Nanpei Owada Store" after closing time.

The incident occurred around 9:15 PM. A Bon Odori festival had just finished around 9:06 PM in a nearby park that night.

The victims were Noriko Inagaki (47), a part-time employee; Megumi Yabuki (17), and Hiromi Maeda (16), both part-time employees.

Although the three were reportedly defenseless, the perpetrator fired a handgun. They were shot in the head and face, and all three died.

The biggest mystery of this case is why it was necessary to kill all three.

The incident is being investigated as a robbery and murder. However, the perpetrator, who killed three people, is still at large and has not been identified to this day.
