Finally, someone who breaks down and uses the word in a sentence explaining each part of the sentence along the way. This is quality over quantity and it's amazing

Type of professional lesson you have to pay $200 to watch and she gave it to us for free. Arigato gozaimasu!

At first I thought it was a bit annoying that all the words were in polite form, but in the end I found it fun deciphering them back to their plain form, which I’m sure helps me strengthen my memory.

These kinds of videos are gold! がんばりましょう to everyone learning Japanese 🇯🇵✨

@eljaminlatour6633 2 years ago

I like this video, it's better than a few videos because most of the verbs used are in Kanji form, like 食べます instead of たべます because although Kanji is hard, it's necessary to learn, otherwise the text that's written with Hiragana only is simple and childish, and can cause confusion due to hononyms and は(ha) being pronounced as "wa" in particle form. Learning Kanji is just as important as learning uppercase letters.

The sentences in boldface type should be the ones in Japanese

This is amazing. We're not only learning verbs but whole sentences with many vocabulary words!! Thank you so much!
It's sad that you don't make more videos exactly like this one! They would've been so helpful

3:20 Note that neru is about going to sleep, like when you first put your head on your pillow. Not about staying asleep like "nemuru" is.

I'll save that for later, but I like it. You give input on how to use particles and you include sentences with Furigana to get more familiar with the kanji. I also like that you don't include words that are taken from English (as far as I watched). I think that's the main mistake of other channels. They include so many foreign words that they lack of Japanese vocabulary. No offense, but knowing those words from their English origin makes it quite uncomfortable to try to pronounce them in Japanese.
