I don't believe genre is significant anymore.  The labels are struggling.  Good new music is good.

Man this kid is amazing❤❤❤❤❤

For me the lyrics are a pray of gratitude and protection. He’s so young writing so beautifully. Nothing about drugs, or sex, violence …. Very refreshing and with incredible voice.

Soul, gospel, rock, pop 🙌

I really don’t mind when people stop as long as I don’t stop all the time. This guy is gold and since this reaction was a year ago I’m sure you have already know that by now.

Benson got on American Idol in 2021. He was 18 then. He ended up quitting though because he didn't like the way it was going and wanted to be known for HIS amazing music that HE writes. He didn't want to be known as the singer that got famous from American Idol. This song is so super cool!
Great reaction you guys! Much love✌🏻❣️

Be thankful for life
Benson boone is dope

Balance be grateful love hope n peace 😊

I love this song even though the beautiful things were taken away from me.

Love Benson Boone. Great voice and lyrics. His new album Fireworks and Rollerblades is awesome!

This song and slow it down and cry are all good. Cry is my favorite

I'll never understand people who come to a reaction channel to listen to a song for the first time. I make sure I always listen to the original artist first so I can form my own opinion about the song before I watch reactions. That way, I can compare my reaction with the reactor's.

The only reason I personally don't like when it's stopped is because people stop it on the good parts lol. I completely understand it's a reaction channel and want to hear the reactions as well. Plus stopping the video helps you guys with copywrite claims. I am not one that normally voices these things but you mentioned it and figured I'd elaborate

I m 36 and I fo think sometimes “oh god! This right now is good… Don t take it away” - I think is a way of expressing gratitute

Please react to Cry by Benson Boone!!!!❤

Tysm guys great Benson song 😊

I LOVE it when you stop and digest the entire experience...💜🎶🕊️

In the stars

I've only seen a couple reactors do this and I know this is an older video. But it's crazy to me that people don't listen to the song all the way through. If you have to stop at once because it's just crazy maybe a rap song with some crazytriple entendre. But listen to this whole song through once. And then immediately go back through it and break it down. If you're a good reactor and people like you, they will watch you react the second time. You get the authentic in the moment reaction and then you get the breakdown as you understand it more. I really don't know why more reactors don't do it this way.

I admit I love when reactors listen all the way through without pause/comment because I love to watch your faces and see how you're responding to the song without disruption and then go back to pause/react but I also realize that this takes, at the very least, twice as long as just doing it the first time. Either way, love what you guys do and hearing your take on the music and the message.
