Richard Rodgers on any scale is a giant of a composer.

I’m 75 and never get tired of Rogers and Hammerstein. Brilliant. I’ve watched Carousel more times than my age❤ From the bottom of my heart, thank you brilliant Maestro. It’s such an honor to watch you and your wonderful orchestra.

You can almost see the painted pony's whirling around.  This is music I so fondly remember.

The prolonged warm applause was well deserved: bravo Maestro Munoz, bravi SWR Symphonieorchester, bravo bravo bravo Richard Rodgers for for elevating a Broadway show to classical-music depth.

Incredible music. Affects me every time I listen knowing what is to happen.

Beautiful reading of this beloved piece.

Gorgeous.  I was a child  in the original production of Carousel, (name then, Mimi Strongin), and was privileged to play onstage for the entire prologue. The Carousel Waltz is forever in my soul and you thrillingly brought me “home” . My deepest gratitude.

Always a favourite ❤

Magnificent Piece!  Well played!  Bravo!

Wonderful !!
