Great shot seeing this loco switched from diesel to electric 👍(just like the 88's from DRS). I think these things are good replacements for the 66's.

Great catch. It's really good to see the 99s in revenue service. Was there any reason to stop for the changeover? I thought that changeovers could be done on the move, and I did not notice a stop signal there.
