Yeah the ending was actually crazy. I am both happy and sad that TADC has ended. I ended up getting really attached to the characters after watching so much stuff over the past few months so the ending hit super hard. I saw another comment with someone saying that future people to watch TADC wont get the same experience of waiting for episodes to come out and watching other TADC content to fill in the time because that gets you really attached to characters and ultimately makes the show hit WAY harder.

Doing all you can to keep people away from you, but also craving connection, does this to you.
Jax had maybe a minute, if that, of recognition that not everyone was out to hurt them, then became overcome with regret for not allowing themself to feel safe around others that care.

I think Zooble said it best. "You have to choose to love yourself, even if it doesn't make sense. It's not natural, it's intentional."
For Jax, it didn't make sense. For their past, and what they refused to accept about themself, there was no room for self-love or love from anyone else.

Yall the first people who don’t bash on my favorite character Ragatha from the jump I love u guys

This is a scenario from the game Soma where the copy thinks they are the real version that simply "transferred" to a new place, but they aren't  the original. They are just a copy with the memories of the original who remembers the last spot/instance when the scan took place.

Soma is a mind fuck of a game and this episode instantly made me think of that game.

Dude how does this not have more views than 718 (probably a lot of people watched the individual vids or got scared by the length lol). Sup internet City, just wanna say keep up the good content, I love your videos.

Love your video and a 5 hour episode let's go and going to miss this show

Holy refresh pull love watchin y'all🙌🏽

I wouldn't worry about the people of the Candy Canyon Kingdom. They just go back to the Asset Room when the Circus characters aren't LARPing in their world.

Thank you Arron I wish I could talk to you but thank you for the speech in the ending 5:09:59

4:34:51 mikey really coudn't read the room huh

The guy on the right is SPOT ON every single time. Great observation.
(I am not a regular, sry for not knowing the name)

You should get The Boys to react to the show too!

Jax is a trans woman who got scanned before she accepted herself. Who knows if she has irl yet. The point is her brain scan is from a moment in time where she didn't have much of a positive outlook on life, hated herself and what she wants to be, and wasn't good at accepting support. The scene in ribbit's room was almost a breakthrough to accepting herself, but when kauffmo (yea that's honestly how he's spelled...) knocked it frightened her and afraid of ridicule she panicked, repressed and closed off completely. The rooms are based on the brain scans, Jax's is pink and cute. In the beach episode before the Abel fiasco Jax refuses to wear swimwear and just keeps in the shadow, then makes some snippy remarks about zooble's ability to choose her own body. Jax getting angry when she was put in the maid dress was because keeping up the appearance of "totally masculine man" is, in that stage, the biggest priority for what we call an "egg" (trans woman who hasn't accepted herself yet. yk, they hatch into chicks?) speaking of egg, there's literally a line where she says "I'm just a little chicken fetus in an egg that needs to be cracked open"
there's other little stuff, like her saying "ladies first! no, why would I say that", the song "isn't she lovely" playing, and of course gooseworx (a trans woman herself) posting a drawing of jax with long hair titled "jax if she wasn't a huge piece of shit"
It is fascinating how differently the characterization and then the flashbacks of Jax look to trans people vs cis people. A lot of trans women have been in a very similar situation to Jax, (though most of us didn't push two friends to commit suicide, that's very much not universal), and a lot of us had a friend who at some point retreated into isolation and died.

It's sad that even in the happy ending (irl), jax just gets to survive. we don't know if she has accepted herself or come out to anyone yet, she's in the most stereotypical boymoder outfit, but hey she has a stable job.
In the circus however, she has done some actually fucked up shit. It is technically unclear whether abstraction is permanent and irreversible, but in the simplest possible way to look at it she killed herself after pushing away anyone who could have helped her.

I'd like to think abstraction is a metamorphosis, and everyone who did abstract comes back, changed, happier
but we're in headcanon territory at that point, the show is over

day 17-18 of asking you boys to react to Reze Vs Bakugou on DeathBattle!!
