Michelle did a good job at the end as she begged for Kat and Jessie broke my heart finding Zoe but this plot is such a waste of an iconic character.

I knew she was gone when Kat woke up and i still cried 😢

Max is gonna have a guilty conscience considering he thought Zoe was drunk. Even when she begged him to help her and he just left her there. That just proves how self centered Max is. He always has been.

So heartbreaking. How much more trauma does Kat have to go through?? And poor Tommy, Bert and Ernie. They only just met their big sister 😔

Possibly one of the saddest soap deaths I've ever watched! Zoe crying for her mum is heartbreaking.😭💔

OMG They Killed Zoe! You Bastards!

The look on Kat's face says it all! Realising that her daughter Zoe is dead

I admit it: this death scene really hurt. I would have preferred if her final scene before going to bed had been the one where she and Kat were hugging. Even though I like to think that she died calling out for her mom, above all, because she knew she had made peace with the person who loved her most, as well as with the people she loved the most as well; so she settled in with her last bit of strength and died in peace.

Zoe. Will always be my favourite character of all times. On the Show and I will always Miss her

I was in tears so sad rip Zoe Slater ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

So
Many times real people think people are drunk when something definitely more serious is happening and just leaving them - never judge a book by it’s cover

2:33 “i just want my mum” ☹️

Absolutely moving and harrowing and essentially tearful. Kat first of all has really stepped up in realisation of her inner self. She recognises the regrets and the impact of her actions in the past. For those fans aware of Zoe and Kat's history effectively over 25 years ago, you can peace together the full-circle and their powerful chemistry and bond. I regret for Zoe her short time in her second-home coming didn't resemble as such to the Sparkling Zoe in her heyday. It's truly sad. Wish the Actress well in her next journey. RIP Zoe.

Anyone else cry their eyes out unexpected, zoe will be missed, an amazing actor. Good luck on future endeavours and thank you for all them years given ❤

I'm crying now! 😭😭😭😭😭

Michelle wanted to leave she was not happy with the producer apparently

Poor Zoe! 😭 But actress Michelle Ryan who played her did a good job. I know this is a soap but some scenes can be really shocking & sad to watch, sometimes. Zoe died because she tripped & fell on some rubble & hit her head hard - before she fled, driving home, Charlie Slater's old cab. She suffered concussion as she wouldn't go to the nearest doctor's or hospital to get her head checked. And died in her sleep at some point! Also Max was the last person Zoe ever saw before she passed away. And her mum Kat was the first person to discover Zoe lifeless!

Are you kidding me? I can’t believe this is real. Once again another horrible exit for a character. This is worst than anthony’s exit & honestly such bs

i liked Zoe so much she one my favourite in EastEnders this dof dof is amazing

same i feel sorry for kat now, kat. Just lost her daughter zoe. Wait until Jasmine finds out zoe has died and Jasmine will be heartbroken and Tommy will because Tommy just lost his big sister
