Why can't more game companies be like this?

They want you to replay witcher 3 to get hyped for witcher 4.  Best possible advertisement for witcher 4.

"This is illegal" Every other company

How it should be done

Lets not forget No man's sky that the devs keep expanding for free

Free order. Now thats a damn big flex

If I could kiss and hug CDPR, I would.
Pls never change.

Meanwhile, Rockstar is charging $100 for what should be the base version of GTA6.

I know what game I will be playing in september

CDPR casually decided to own the gaming industry overnight

CDPR have great timing, they saw the bad rep Rockstar was building with the high prices and used the opportunity to make gamers love them even more.

Pre-orderimg Witcher 3 for $0.00 is finally a pre-order I can get behind.

It's almost like CDPR loves gaming....what a concept.

Geralt: "Ah Shit, Here We Go Again"

This is so refreshing. I've never played Witcher, but I may have to pick them up just to support the company.

Notice how CD Projekt Red after learning their lesson became heroes. Even though they have always been like this but not at this level. Maybe Rockstar Games and especially Sony Playstation need a really harsh lesson

Proud of Poland ❤

How to market your upcoming game - treat your customers nicely and with respect. Remind them of what they love. Or you can nickel and dime them for everything and make them pay for the customers you’ll lose. Choose who you buy from carefully, Gamers.

The CEO was not kidding when he talked about some fans still dissapointed with cdpr but he hoped to win them over with whatever next to come.
They are really back atp. I hope they go even beyond their pre Cyberpunk glory, they deserve it.
