Lu Xiaojun + North Korea = Instant like

Always glad to see NK-athletes.

Honestly they're training doesn't seem to be mysterious at all, from past videos that I've seen from hook grip, ATG, SJJ, WLH etc they're training seems to mirror the chinese method alot, I've seen them do alot of panda pulls, snatch pulls, clean pulls DL's etc. The asian communist countries got alot of their training methods from the soviets back in the 70, 80's when the coaches visited each others countries to learn from each other.

Honestly a great video to watch before bed

The combination of volume and heavy weights done 2-3 days before the competition is crazy.

Before I clicked on the video I knew it was going to be AMAZING.

I finished the video, and I still thought it was amazing.

Great work

Great video and quality!

Better be on that podium at the end of the meet or else these guys are wicked fast

24:40 what a jerk

Some DBol magic there, but that speed…

nothing mysterious about their power⚙️
