10g baking powder (1 tablespoon)
*All ingredients must be at room temperature. CUP MEASUREMENT: 240ML
FILLING:
2 cans of sweetened condensed milk (395g each)
4 boxes of heavy cream (200g each)
60g cocoa powder or chocolate powder
SYRUP:
30g sugar
20g cocoa powder
100g heavy cream
250ml milk
TOPPING:
Half the filling recipe

Antes de levar ao fogo em 1 panela grossa ,coloque 1 cx de leite condensado.Acrescente o chocolate e o Cacau.Mexa bem. Ainda fora do fogo coloque 2 cx de Creme de leite e mexa muito bem. Leve ao fogo e continue mexendo sem parar,até soltar do fundo da pbanela.
