This was a long one 😅☕️
This video is a compilation of some of my busiest barista shifts, put together into 1.5 hours of nonstop rush moments. From constant orders to pulling shots, steaming milk, quick resets, and jumping right back in — it just keeps going.
There aren’t really any slow moments here, just steady multitasking and cafe sounds as I work through rush after rush. If you enjoy long-form barista POVs, ASMR coffee making, and watching busy shifts unfold from start to finish, this one’s for you.
Throw it on in the background or settle in for the full watch — thanks for spending part of your day behind the bar with me 🤍☕️

When I worked my first ever real job as a barista I had such an anxiety attack that I started tearing up a little bit in front of my colleges (I felt so humiliated because I don't like showing intense emotions in front of people) because the manager explained everything in just one day, like literally everything in 20-25 min, and then she just left, leaving me with 2 colleges (I thought she was gonna be there because I'm completely new to this, but no, she just left).
I felt so useless and a burden to those colleges because I literally have no idea what I'm doing, I had 1000 new informations in my head, also there is a language barrier because I moved to other country to live and that was my first ever job, I was forced to ask all the time "how I do this", "how I do that" when my colleges are clearly busy and I really hate doing that, I hate being a burden to somebody, and on top of that I'm a huge introvert so I struggle with working with people. I worked there for 2 days and quit because the work schedule is not aligning with me and also I have to travel a lot to the work (going with bus and then with train).
I wanted to ask you, how was it when you first started working? I don't know if being a barista is your first ever job, but I wanted to know how was it when you first started as a barista, because my experience was really bad.
