We've never filmed this pasta before, and we're very excited to share it with you. Luigina and Marisa teach us how to make Crousèt, a traditional handmade pasta from Vinadio in Italy's Stura Valley.

They also share the fascinating local legend linking Crousèt to Queen Giovanna I d'Angiò and the origins of orecchiette. They have an association called Rasdouireto, founded to preserve this unique culinary tradition. You can follow them on Instagram if you wish @rasdouireto
