I was there from 1973 onward.
Back then everyone was doing it.
Now days you can't even purchase Slip anymore.
I have to go to another to another county and it's $25 for a 2 gallon box. Duncan Ceramics finally shut down and Mayco is about the only thing left as far as supplies go.
Cell phones, video games, chat rooms and social media is all folks are interested in any more.
I started when I was 12 yrs old. I'm now 64. I'm still pouting molds and firing my kiln. It's been a great hobby
I can't imagine it not being in my life.
