Ladies and Gentlemen....the greatest drummer of all time! Mr.Buddy Rich!!! 🤘🤘🤘

When you figure he's 60+ here, it's even more impressive.

There were times during this solo, it literally sounded like a machine gun going off. But he did the speed stuff with an incredible flair. I don’t know if people can truly appreciate how great of a drummer this man was! Beyond phenomenal. Wow! Thanks for posting it!!

Decades later people are still amazed by this guy

His endurance was remarkable.

I think my favorite part of this is the fact that he looks fucking pissed throughout

The most gifted drummer now and forever!

Definitely the best drummer the world has ever seen..

This is probably my favorite Buddy Rich drum solo ever caught on film.

Nothing Like Buddy Rich. He was my hero in my youth. And still is.

Incredible and mind boggling, Buddy here is about 61 years of age and could outplay any 25 year old drummer with his endurance and masterful technique

Absolute Genius. Even though he’s playing an improvised solo his timing is unbelievable. I like the high quality audio in this clip also probably the clearest of all his videos on here.

Greatest drum solo by greatest drummer ever!

There's Buddy rich solos and then there's this.  This stands out as the best of any I've ever seen.

The Greatest Natural Drummer in The History Of The World!

The best drummer that ever lived ! Period !

Well he started playing at the age of 18 months old. That might clue you in to why he got so quick. He also was in the Marines and was a black belt in karate. I think all of these things put together gave him the mental ability to play way beyond any other player. He also played the drums his whole life and never was tired of doing it. He basically had 67 years of skill. Name another drummer with that much in years experience. Nobody that's who.

His reflexes are the best ever!

The strength is that left wrist is something to behold.

this is what a master drummer looks like......RIP Mr. Rich
