We are empowered! When it suits us. All the rest of the time we are oppressed.

Glenn, you are a voice of reason & sensibility! So thankful I found your channel! I agree, innocent until PROVEN guilty, in a court of law; for all or none!

Netanyahu claims the fraternity had ties to Iran.

Thanks as always, Glenn, for your insistence on due process. Tangentially, it's interesting to me that what does not get attention is the general issue of a societal culture of excessive alcohol and drug use that this case illuminates.

Thank you for clarifying this case.  It's a complete nightmare.

Distributing Ketamine (a schedule 3 drug) is a D Class Felony in NY. Each student distributing to others should have been charged with a class d felony (1-2.5 years in prison).
HE distributed drugs that make it hard to consent thereafter and belongs in prison.

There’s a 100% chance that there’s a video of the incident

Sounds like Duke Lacrosse scandal all over again

For that matter, if you can't consent and aren't responsible for your actions while on drugs or alcohol, we need to revisit all the DWI laws.

In the transcript not provided by Cornell law enforcement to the original DA, she specifically said, 'I was raped.' The current DA reopened the case because of that omission and is investigating Cornell law enforcement.

Glen is the only sane voice I’ve heard so far

There is a reason we have trials.  But unfortunately getting a fair trial is harder and harder in the American police state.

Malcolm Gladwell discussed the whole intoxication situation in Talking With Strangers in a pretty thought provoking way. It’s a tough one, especially when alcohol is so sacred in the United States

Hi Glenn.  Curious--do you see that during covid mob justice was prevailing against those of us who chose not to receive the gene therapy injections?

Glenn, you're pronouncing it wrong it's called Duke process😂

Thank you GG for taking a common sense factual commentary.

In the initial interview Jane Doe did with campus police. she explicitly said I was raped. She said that only the first two guys were consensual, but the ones after that we’re not, and she used the word rape. Why are you not saying that?

I realized after this case just how many mouth breathers comment on videos without seeing the whole pod. It’s disgraceful.

Regret isn't rape.

If all innocent why were 2 expelled?  As a 59 year old woman who has put myself in these positions I am conflicted.  When you send text messages saying free pussy upstairs then that is totally different . People there were not who she made the deal with..  and the men involved showd the same misjustment because it is there responsibility to.
