The problem with twist outs is once I twist my hair. That's the style I'm wearing. Ain't going to be no "out."😅

Just a tip, to eliminate puffy roots without braiding the roots. Twist the hair without moving down until you feel the hair is taut, almost like it's going to twist on itself. Then move down and twist the same way. Hope that made sense. I got this tip from Naptural85 and it made a big difference to my mini twists. No puffy roots.

I’ve been natural since 2015 and I had completely given up on twist outs until I came across this video and tried your method (perm rods and all!) and it came out amazing! 🤩It lasted a full week and it was still so soft!! I’m floored!!!! Thank you for your tutorial sis!!

Most helpful twist out video I’ve ever seen. Your hair is gorgeous.

i am 5 twists in and my patience has worn thin but thank you because these 5 twists are the best i’ve ever done😭😭😭

Your twist out is GORGEOUS!!!!! Truthfully, you didn't even need to untwist. You could've left your hair in the twists and you'd look just as beautiful!

The algorithm is working overtime with this one! 🤩 I would have kept those gorgeous twists in for another two weeks at least! 🙌🏾 Beautiful work. Thank you. 🙏🏽

Crazy this video is 2yrs old and I’m just seeing it. This is an awesome video!! The two tips that I recently started doing and were GEMS 💎 in your video were: 1) working the product in, not just applying it and 2) being intentional about the direction of my twists. I’ve noticed that these two tips ensure my twistout stays bomb 1 week+ GUARANTEED. If you’re still creating videos, consider a remake (or re-release) of this exact same video. Idk if newer videos get more attention by the YT algorithm or not, but worth a try and definitely worth getting the word out AGAIN for all the girlies trying to perfect their twist outs! ❤️

Hands down the best twist out video I’ve ever seen on YouTube. 😊

I learned a couple of tips. But I must add that there are so many differences in hair. For example, my hair is thin, dense, with high porosity and mixed textures. So I need heavier products to keep moisture in. So it’s very important to know your strands.

Hey Nicolelise! I am sooooooo glad that you did this video. It may seem like we don't need yet another twist out video, but apparently we DO because this is, hands-down, the BEST twist out that I have EVER SEEN. I rarely do twist outs on my hair because I never like the results, but I for sure will try your technique and see what I come out with. Fingers crossed that I get similar results. SIMPLY BEAUTIFUL!

I learned a very critical step from this video “braiding the twist at the root!” Thank you for all these amazing hacks and tips ❤

Hands down the best twist out tutorial!!! Never could get my roots to lay flat but thanks to this tutorial it came out flawless! Thank you.

This looks gorgeous. I guess for those who don’t have as much time and have to wash their hair every week. 8 flat twists will provide your quite similar results! That’s worked for me.
