All of his entourage was getting deals & shows and exposure, even the newbie douchbags where getting better shit than him. All he really had as far as national exposure was the roasts where he destroyed the competition. drugs and alcohol took another awesome comic from us.
I appreciated him since I started watching Colin Quinn's first show, Tough Crowd. The show was almost awful, but Greg was always on topical point, super prepared, and his right-turns can make me belly laugh like no other, except possibly Conan. He was a fucking punk-rock genius of a comic, and I'm sad he never lived to execute his fame to the world.
