gurt:

i miss early apex

Apex pre season to season 3 was phenomenal, the game will never have that kind of love and ambition anymore

What i love about the old apex is the style, it feels gritty and got that feel of future space colonies. But now they polished it way too much, they even remove stains from caustic lab coat 😐

I miss:
- Dropping on Skull Town, where champions were made
- OG Firing Range, my safe heaven
- Less Legends
- The first two Halloween events
- Playing custom lobby Arenas
- Less abilities and attachments, just pure uncut cocaine of fluid movement, perfect ttk and shield swap mechanics.

Holy fuck we're closer to Apex being 10 than when it released

Crazy stuff. I got apex when I was in 7th grade. And now I'm in my 4th semester of college, still playing Apex on and off. I total about 4500 hours on this game throughout the 7 years and honestly it's always been the main game I'd always go back to.

I miss vanilla Apex

i miss that. Thunderdome!

i just love the old apex art-style. from season 1 until around season 11 the art-style, legends, lore, maps, guns - literally everything they released in that 2 year time frame was dripping with personality and flavor. but starting around season 12 or 13 the game just continuously became more cartoony/generic and less titanfall. 2019 - 2021 apex will always hold a special place in my heart, especially season 4 to season 11, the game was so insanely peak during that era.

apex isn't complete trash where it is right now but it just does not have that special secret sauce it once did.

Legit played this out of high school. Went through 2 career changes since then. I love this game.

Prophet is actually Seer as seen in an heirloom inspect of his where he pulls out a tablet/notepad with a bunch of different logos he was testing out, and under his finger you can see prophet.

I miss when before every shield wasn't an EVO shield, I miss medium scopes on SMGs, and lord oh lord do I miss old Caustic the most.  He's been so consistently nerfed over the years it saddens me during my return he's become the least picked legend and is absolute buns.

Golden days of Apex Legends: season 0-season 3

A bit late, but during the Season 0 era, its always gonna end up as a Duo Queue since the 3rd player is always some Chinese bot advertising some BS before leaving.

Rampart's gun's name would've been Maxim as a nod to the age-old pretty much first true static machine gun: the Maxim gun, which serves to this day.

Dude I remember the launch trailer me and my hb would be so exited and play after school... I haven't seen him since 22,

Man i feel anytime someone that a hardcore Titanfall player begrudgingly plays Apex Legends either because a friend/family wanted to play with them or force them to download the game if someone mentions titanfall they just collapse and cry their eyes out.
