That push in flap is a hand grip so you can use the wheel as a step and pull yourself up to attach thing to the roof.

To reply to the steering wheel question, essentially it's almost identical to a Range Rover wheel including the silver bar that states 'Range Rover' in Range Rovers! Obviously Hyundai couldn't write that but writing nothing and keeping the design incredibly similar is a large nod to Range Rover drivers. This applies to many other nuances of the car inc the outside design. Half the price of a Range Rover but as a new convert (and we love our new Santa Fe) this car is an extremely good value for money Range Rover look alike on so many levels. I'm very tempted to do a Video of the similarities to a Range Rover. But Hyundai a much more reliable, half the cost and the free 5yr warranty wipes the floor with Land Rover. The servicing is 1/3rd of the cost. Admiring this cars looks and wanted rid of our Range Rover for expensive unreliability issues which are huge, we are completely converted on so many aspects. We don't think you'd be disappointed, we certainly weren't and we are thoroughly delighted with it's looks, feel and drive!

This color is beautiful - IRL it looks deeper and warmer (1:47 most accurate view here imo).
(2:18) I've found these handles to be really useful when washing the roof.
4:24: Very true — all the controls, handles, and storage compartments are user-friendly. The vehicle feels very spacious thanks to its square design. It reminds me of an old American SUV.
Overall, I'm super satisfied with how much car I got for the money.

The bump at 14:35 was a surprise! I'm not sure what you ran over there but ideally I prefer my car to be a bit softer in the chassis department.

i love mine, had about 9 months, its in bronze, its the only car ive had where people come up to ask about it, in 9 months about 6 or 7 people have approached me to talk about it however one was just asking about the colour, i only gripe i have about it is the reverse light could be a bit more powerfull

Was a little cautious on the colour...  but am a fan...  yes the back looks like an old Toyota people carrier. That being said... ordered the Ultimate in this colour

According to me when I hit bigger bump it’s floaty and comfortable and for small infection in road it’s jittery.

Disappointed you didnt open the boot !! Is it a full garage door, split al la Range Rover or side hinged !! Missed a trick there.
