Part of my Indian soul died when i saw the masala dosa as stiff as cardboard. It should be crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside.

I see a lot of native people complaining about the dishes and I can see why. It is difficult to create a dish exactly similar to how it is made. Guy is making dishes from all over the world so give him credits for that. I can understand the disappointment but I also am impressed by how much talent this guy have.

In France, we have a breakfast called 3C, which stands for Café Clope Caca (Coffee, cigarette and then you take a dump..)
Don't know if it would have won the competition, but it's nice to think about, really hits different than the croissant 🏵

Bro you consider a "full plate english breakfast" but for turkish "just menemen"? What about full turkish breakfast?

Hello Joshua! Thanks for mentioning my channel and making menemen from my recipe! It was exciting to watch all the breakfasts from around the world and how our menemen still got to the top even it is only one part of our real Turkish breakfast. Normally we have lots of items served along the menemen and fluffy bread, like cheeses, jams, olives, tomato and cucumber and of course Turkish tea. So if you would add them to the contest, even though Philippine breakfast also looks delicious, I’m pretty sure Turkish breakfast would win. I would love to be part of it if you make a dedicated video to make a Turkish breakfast one day 😊🙋🏻‍♀️ 6:06

Bring back But Better

As a Brazilian, when they turned their boards and I saw that Brazil won against the avocado toast, I cheered as if it were a goal in a world cup final

20:02 I disagree with you because a real Turkish breakfast isn't just menemen (Turkish scrambled eggs with vegetables). Try a real breakfast; it includes kuymak (a type of porridge), jam, honey, clotted cream, and so many other things I can't even list. Try that.

18:35 menemen is just a part of the turkish breakfast. Full turkish breakfast has more variety too.

England losing before the finals has to be the most iconic and accurate thing in this video

Honestly, as a Mexican, when I saw the Longsilog, my first thought was “this is the only dish among all of these that I would not take offense to being disqualified by in this competition” absolutely well deserved win for the Philippines

I'm an Aussie bloke. only fancy city people have avocado toast. Country people have bacon and eggs on toast, maybe some fried tomato and mushrooms

“Chilaquiles is everywhere but how often do you see Philippino food” is absolutely insane logic when voting on which is better

Funny thing is; menemen is just about 15% of the actual Turkish breakfast, but I’m guessing it would be overkill to bring in multiple cheeses, sujuk, tea, butter, milk curd & honey, jams and börek.

They did France so dirty. That’s like having toast for the US.

As a brazillian (and one who is very fascinated by our culinary culture), I would suggest that a "Full Brazillian Breakfast" should be at stake here:

- Pão de queijo with Guava Jam or Goiabada on the side (Not strawberry)
- Corn Cake (Bolo de Milho)
- Scrambled Eggs (Ovos Mexidos) inside of a Tapioca Flatbread with Minas Cheese (Queijo Minas Frescal)
- And, to finish it off, a "Pingado", which is Black Coffee with a bit of milk.

That, my friends, would be unbeatable. Having the full english breakfast agains a single Pão de Queijo... it would have to be an INCREDIBLE pão de queijo for it to win. Not even Brazilians would vote for the Pão de Queijo there.

Of course, Brazil is a CONTINENTAL country. Therefore, there are several different breakfasts all over our country. A typical Breakfast in Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo wouldn't even be considered in the Northeastern states of Brazil or in the south. Of course, there are some similarities. Not that many, tho.

As someone who is half Filipino and half Turkish the final round made me so happy lol, a win win for me

Josh: American breakfast, too many items you have to cook.
Also Josh: I love all the choices in English breakfast

as a indian i died seeing the texture of the dosa,it should be crispi on the outside and fluffy and soft on the inside.still love the video!

I felt like I was cheering for my country in a sports event. Proud to see the Philippines win!
