What a joke! Toyota dealers in WA have repeatedly knocked me back when I have called in for assistance. In Geraldton now (15/07/2021) with starter motor issues. Toyota said, "we can't book you in for at least two weeks".
In Darwin in May. I had to wait two weeks to have a new Turbo fitted. $4500.

Sold our 200 and bought a 22 Y62..  not looking back that’s for sure.. uses no more fuel than our 200 did. 👍🏼

It’s a great vehicle $152k  build to have this tourer is bloody great value .  
In my garage I have the TiL picked up Feb 2022.  Alongside 2018 LC 79 dual cab . Mate to build the 79 up to touring with a 2” lift running 31s  , 3995kg gvm upgrade - engine bay, rear track correction , brakes, clutch, rear axle, cab insulation , tub/ canopy , water proof alternator, head unit , steering wheel, consoles, console fridge , , + + + total upgrades  $94k  + vehicle .
If I had my time over - ur path is the smart move . Patrol is spacious , well built , solid engine .  Well done .

If i had the money, id have a S5 Y62 ordered tomorrow morning.

Premium unleaded, which wasn't used here, is also a significant factor when comparing the two.

Woot woot bout time the patrol got some recognition. We love our S5 TiL. I'm getting rougly 14lt to 100klm round town and I'm a leadfoot.

Good comparison Ruben. I was surprised by the fuel economy when towing. Wow! Glad you did a mixed circuit of gravel etc. the only other comparison I’ve seen was only black top driving. So yours is definitely more real world for me anyway. Enjoy playing with the Patrol. Can’t wait to see if you chop it!?
