Thanks for showcasing my setup!
I used slightly shorter gear ratios for my 59.8 hence the launch advantage, the rest of the setup remained the same, happy to reshare if you’d ever like to try again. - Rap

These are genuinely your best videos - seeing the throught process behind how you're going faster through each part of the course is so helpful for improving. More of the same please! Some of the time attack circuits could be cool.

unrelated but the R8 LMS might be my favourite car in fh6, it looks fantastic and has one of the best engine notes in the game. it drives like a dream too and is very fun in S1 and S2. PGG give us more cars like this!

The R8 LMS is one of my favorite race cars to drive in this game. Many of you remember the R8 from NFS Carbon, but the main nostalgic factor for me is Errol's Audi R8 LMS ultra, the final boss car from the original CSR Racing (a mobile drag racer from 2012).
It's refreshing to see this car in a modern racing game, this original version of the LMS wasn't in any racing game for almost 13 years, last appearing in GT6 from 2013 and returning to the Forza series for the first time since FM4 15 years ago.
It certainly helps that this is a very competitive and even meta car. The engine is also very good, not only being super PI efficient (basically a baby Racing V12) but also the fact that its power stat is severely underrated. The game says the engine is making 643 HP in stock form, but that's at 8900 RPM where the automatic transmission is programmed to shift. If you let it rev out to the hard limiter (roughly 9400rpm) you'll be making over 700 HP bone stock, and this hidden power carries over to both restrictor upgrades.
