MeMe, you are so fashionable in your fancy leopard pants 😊👍

Yay for apple week! And ice cream is never optional in my book! 😍😘😁

That looks yummy and simple, Thank you so much for sharing.

I watched Peggy Hill cook and brag about her Apple Brown Betty for years (nutmeg was HER secret ingredient). I never had a recipe to try it myself; but this looks HEAVENLY!!! I’m grabbing some apples tomorrow (and some ice cream)!!! I feel another ten pounds in my future!!! 🥹🥹🥹💕💖💞 Shine, ladies, SHINE!!!

Looks so yummy ,I’m going to love apple week.  And you sharing with us is a joy.  Shine on all. Luv ya MeMe. 🐕🍁🙏🏻💕

It's a classic for a reason. I'm not a huge cooked apple guy, I'd rather have cherries or peaches, but for those who love it, I know this one is awesome. Looking forward to see what else you do with apples.

Yum! Love Apple Brown Betty, and yours looks delicious!

You know there is a simple way to make this. Buy a very good frozen apple pie, thaw it , season with spices and take crust on top and back. Easy and wonderful!!

YaY apple baking week!!! ❤ ❤ ❤

Thank you, I just got a bag of apples from my neighbor's yard and they are the absolute best.   I was wondering what to make...you read my mind.  Love you and God bless 🙏💕.

I had never heard of Apple Betty Day, so I looked it up.  It said the first recorded mention of Brown Betty was in The Yale Literary Magazine in 1864, and the dessert was thought to honor an African American woman named Betty.  It was later changed to Apple Betty.

Oh that looks scrumptious! I have to sneak a piece or two of apple when I’m cutting them up. I could almost smell it when you took it out of the oven. Thank you for this recipe.

Miss Diane we never go wrong when the Spirit moves! Making this right now, have 4 large crates of apples , you saved me again, even have ice cream! Thank you dear!😊❤
