Nasomatto Pardon is one of those fragrances that reminds me why skin chemistry matters so much.

On paper, I think this is exceptional perfumery. The composition feels complex, beautifully put together, and unmistakably niche. But on my skin, something strange happens — it becomes surprisingly flat. On a friend of mine, though, Pardon smells much more radiant and alive.
