: 예전 홍대에서 엄청 유명했던 함박식당! 그 함박식당이 돌아왔다! 서촌의 작은 가게에서 그때 그 맛을 전하고 있는 사장님! 데미그라스 소스를 직접 만들어 사용하는데 그 정성과 노력이 정말 엄청나다. 소스를 만드는데만 하루이상 걸리는 엄청난 작업! 매일 아침 반죽하는 패티와 특제 데미그라스 소스가 잘 어울어지는 함박식당의 고수!
