This preamp does its job 100%. I use it at concerts and in recordings. For me, the difference between Sansamp and this one is that Sansamp has a fatter and cleaner overdrive, but since I don't care about overdrive, my choice definitely fell on Joyo Tidal Wave 🔥. It improves the sound perfectly.

This pedal does exactly what a DI should do! Keeps the instrument's natural sound intact while boosting/cutting basic EQ parameters and giving multiple outputs for FOH. I will never understand the appeal of massive DI units with a million knobs or the $1200+ touchscreen units. Keep it simple!

Really good demo bro. Seriously good.
The Sansamp circuit plus a Jazz bass with a pick is such an accidentally aggressive sound. I love it.

Very thorough job! Well done!

That is Great review. Thank You👍🙏🥇

Blend all the way down doesn’t technically mean the pedal doesn’t do anything. The EQ is still in the signal chain and afaik the noon position of the bass and treble on the original BDDI as well as on some clones is not flat. If it’s flat on this device, it’s a difference worth mentioning.

You know ive watch videos reviews of the b factory monomyth and tidal wave they all good some are bad in review .. but this is the perfect review of the pedal from natural sound comparison going all way up simple review but it helps a lot

I would like to be in MyMusicMasterclass I’m a Saxophone player in a Ghanaian band

hello , thanks for the video , I think I will take this one , what are the pickups you use in your jazz bass  ?

Nice review, however IMHO I think you could´ve used pick since the beginning.
